Privacy Policy (Effective Date 01 October 2018)

  • This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for BUANA dotnet and/or SUITEN Inovasi Sukses and our website; http://www.buana.net (and others). This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this website, except where stated otherwise. It will notify you of the following:
    - What information we collect;
    - With whom it is shared;
    - How it can be corrected;
    - How it is secured;
    - How policy changes will be communicated; and
    - How to address concerns over misuse of personal data.

Registration Data Must Be Valid

  • In order to use this website and/or our service, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age) about yourself, but it is not required. At any time, we may conduct a validation to your detail and request for more information including evidence of your data, and if we feel that information provided is not valid, we may suspend/terminate your service, until your information can be validated.
    There will be no refund provided for any payment made if your data cannot be validated.

Orders

  • We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you. At any time, we may conduct a validation to your detail, and if we feel that information provided is not valid, we may suspend/terminate your service, untuk your information can be validated.

Sharing

  • We share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

    or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services.

Security

  • We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
    Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.
    While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline.

Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose this information. Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.

Hosting Refund Policy

  • For any hosting plan, new client are eligible for 7-days satisfaction guarantee. Should you are unhappy with our service, please submit ticket to request for refund within 7-days. There is no refund for order from existing clients

VPS, Dedicated and Colocation Refund Policy

  • For VPS, Dedicated Server and Colocation services, as those service are setup dedicated for you, refund will only honored for special case. Should you granted with refund, maximum Refund amount is only for unused service period only after deducted with administration fee, only and only for special cases such us we failed to provide services as per order. Setup & other servicing fees levied are not refundable.

Other Service Refund Policy

  • Since BUANA dotnet is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.
    Please note that our bonuses are offered on behalf of our respected partners and are not an issue for a refund or chargeback.
    However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.
    Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:
    - Non-delivery of the product: due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us. In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Billing department in writing within 7 days from the order placing date. Otherwise the product will be considered received and downloaded;
    - Major defects: although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be reported directly to a template vendor. The vendor is allowed to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours. If a defect is verified and vendor fails to correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint letter or any other notification provided by a customer, a refund will be issued in full without any compensations or reimbursements or an alternative option, like a product replacement or a store credit will be offered. Please be advised, that temporary access to your server can be requested by the vendor in order to identify and fix an issue. Failure to provide such access in a timely manner may result in a delayed resolution of the issue. Refusal to provide level of access sufficient for troubleshooting and resolving an issue may lead to declining a refund request.
    - Product not-as-described: such issues must be reported to a template vendor within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the product description page. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.

    Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the preview page of each product. We don’t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.

Server Resources (Hosting/VPS)

  • Any Hosting/VPS that in our opinion uses a high amount of server resources (such as CPU and Network) so that other websites are affected will be given an option of reducing the resource needed to an acceptable level or cancelling service. Misuse of system resources, including but not limited to employing posts or programs which consume excessive CPU time, permitting use of email services, mail forwarding capabilities, POP accounts, or auto-responders other than for your own account will not be allowed.

Server Resources (Dedicated & Server Colocation)

  • Any Dedicated Server that in our opinion uses a excessively high amount of network resources (such as network and power) so that other server are affected will be given an option of reducing the resource needed to an acceptable level or cancelling service.

Server Resources (Rack Colocation)

  • Any Rack Colocation Service that in our opinion uses a excessively high amount of network resources (such as network and power) so that other server are affected will be given an option of reducing the resource needed to an acceptable level or cancelling service.

Support SLA

  • BUANA dotnet is giving best-of-the class of Support SLA

    Customer is guaranteed to have timely support response since support email/ticket is received by BUANA dotnet support system
    Shall BUANA dotnet fails to provide timely response, customer has the right of CREDIT for BUANA dotnet service they have paid for, with following arrangement:
    - 0-24 hours = No credit is given
    - each 24 hours after first day = 5% of respective service
    - Maximum credit issued will be 100% value of respective service paid for the last 1 month

    It is our 100% Moneyback warranty commitment!

    Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the preview page of each product. We don’t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.


    We also not responsible for any failure which is not caused by our system.

Uptime SLA 99%

  • BUANA dotnet offers 99% Uptime Service Leve Agreement (measured monthly)

    If BUANA dotnet can not achieve the minimum uptime SLA, customer has the right of CREDIT for BUANA dotnet service they have paid for, with following arrangement:
    CREDIT provided: (99% - Uptime%) x related month and product invoice value

    Maximum CREDIT (cumulative of all penalites) provided will be 100% value of respective service paid for the last 1 month or current month (whichever lower)


    Scheduled Maintenance is excluded from Uptime calculation
